Hillsboro Village Apartment Complex Sells for $44 Million

Hillsboro VillageA Hillsboro Village apartment complex has sold for $44 million.

Bell Hillsboro Village Apartments, which sits on 5.5 acres at 2005 21st Ave., was sold to NIC Hillsboro Village LLC, according to Davidson County property records. The seller was Bell Partners Inc.
