A Southern Land Co. official said its Elliston 23 apartments went on sale Wednesday, joining the Vista Germantown apartments, which multiple commercial real estate sources said also went on sale in the past week.

If Vista Germantown sells first, it would set a record per-unit price for multifamily. But Elliston 23, when it sells, would leapfrog over that, sources say….

Music City Center’s Al Taglio Pizzeria to Celebrate Grand Opening Friday

Downtown workers and residents can celebrate a new option for a bite and a beer with Music City Center’s Al Taglio restaurant.
