Construction should start this summer on The Preserve at Echo Estates, a new community in Franklin that’s expected to have 42 high-end homes.
Brentwood-based developer Pearl Street Partners LLC has five builders signed up to build the custom homes on a site near the intersection of Echo Lane and Alpine Court north of Battle Ground Academy.

The Hilton Nashville Downtown has completed the first phase of a $25 million renovation project, highlighted by overhauled guest rooms and a new concierge club.
