Estates of Brentwood Sells for $42.2 Million

An affiliate of Atlanta-based Tribridge Residential has paid $42.4 million for the Estates of Brentwood apartments.
The acquisition gives Tribridge its second Nashville-area apartment community. The company owns Adventura at Providence apartments in Mt. Juliet and manages Twin Oaks Apartments in Nashville.
