Mixed-Use Project Eyed for Bellevue Mall Site

A developer’s redevelopment plans for the largely dormant Bellevue Center Mall property is likely to include a mix of residential, retail, and civic uses, according to that area’s Metro Councilwoman Sheri Weiner.
Weiner said the civic uses could include an ice sheet, but talks would have to occur between Mayor Karl Dean’s office and the Nashville Predators to make that a reality…
