Union Station Hotel to Get $7 Million in Upgrades

A Maryland-based real estate investment trust, Pebblebrook Hotel Trust, has bought Union Station Hotel for $52.3 million and plans to invest up to $7 million in upgrades to guestrooms and public areas by 2016.
