A Nashville developer has begun building 28 single-family homes located one block from Hillsboro PIke, in Nashville’s affluent Green Hills neighborhood.

The first of those homes should be available this fall, according to the developer, Landmark Realty Services.
Prices will start around $800,000 and likely surpass $1 million for the biggest and best of the bunch, the company said in a statement Friday.
The development, named Graymont, will feature homes ranging from 3,600 square feet to 5,000 square feet. Graymont covers 9.1 acres, a half-mile north of The Mall at Green Hills. The development is bordered by Graymont Lane, Woodmont Boulevard and Hopkins Street.
Tennessee Bank & Trust is financing construction. Allard Ward Architects, Stephen Wells House and Garden Design, and Hawkins Partners also are involved.
TriMark Builders, which is the construction arm of Landmark, will build each home.
The principals in Landmark are Steven Ezell, Mike Hartley and Ernie Lehning.
