February Home Sales in Nashville Rise 12.6%

Roughly 2,091 residential properties changed hands in the Nashville area last month, a 12.6% increase in home closings from February 2014.
And with sales pending at the end of February up nearly 11% year over year, home closings for March should also be higher than last year.

Velocity in the Gulch Owner Continues Buying Condos

The new owner of Velocity in the Gulch has purchased a 3rd condo in the residential building from an individual owner.
