An Atlanta-based multifamily developer has paid $15.5 million for 3.44 acres in the North Gulch, including the Gossett Building across from Nashville Electric Service’s main office.
Pollack Shores bought the property bounded by Church St, 12th Ave. N, Grundy St, and George L. Davis Blvd. from North Gulch Partners II LLC.
