Nashville-area home sales increased by double digits again in April.
There were 3,284 home closings last month, according to figures provided by the Greater Nashville Association of Realtors. That is an increase of 11.7% from the same month last year.

Salemtown Site Eyed for Townhome Project

Two local entities are targeting Salemtown for a seven-unit townhome development that would be the latest of many similar projects in the fast-changing North Nashville residential areas located near Capitol View.
Urban Core Homes and Jackstraw Properties went before the Metro Planning Commission on May 12 to request specific plan zoning to allow the project. If approved, a fall groundbreaking is being eyed.
