East Nashville Parcel Could Land Condo Building

Nashville-based real estate investor Hoss Mousavi is targeting an East Nashville site for a building to offer 38 condo flats and lofts, The Tennessean reports.
The Metro Development and Housing Agency Design Review Committee will vote on Tuesday on the concept plans for the $8M project. The address is 1016-1020 Whites Creek Pike with the street T-intersecting with Dickerson Pike.

West End Park Slated for Residential Project

An eight-unit residential project is being eyed for West End Park.
Franklin-based Carbine and Associates owns the 0.26-acre parcel, located at 3137 Long Blvd.
Carbine and Associates has enlisted Brentwood-based T-Square Engineering to assist with land-planning and rezoning efforts. The team will go before the Metro Planning Commission on Thursday, Feb. 23, to request a final site plan approval.

Little Octopus Opens in New Gulch Location Sat.

A popular East Nashville restaurant is prepping to open later this week in a well-known Gulch location, as Little Octopus plans to open its doors for dinner service this Saturday.
Located in what was formerly the longtime home of Ru San’s Sushi and Seafood, founders Sarah and Brad Gavigan originally opened the restaurant in 2015 as a temporary resident in what was previously known as their POP Nashville space in East Nashville, announcing Little Octopus’s move to permanent digs last May.
