April Opening Set for North Gulch Building

Pollack Shores Real Estate Group said it is targeting an April move-in for the first residents of The Gossett, releasing a new image of the mixed-used building in the process.

Nashville-based developer John H. Eldridge III has pre-sold all 17 units in his soon-to-open The Row at 12th S in Edgehill, a mere 54 days after the effort began.
The average sales price was over $470,000, he said. The home sales prices range from about $400,000 for 1,300 square ft. to $600,000 for 2,300 square ft. The average price per foot was about $270.

Mayor to Propose Soccer Stadium at Fairgrounds

Mayor Megan Barry wants to make The Fairgrounds the home of Nashville’s local soccer scene, whatever form it ultimately takes.
In a release, Barry said she wants to build a soccer stadium at the South Nashville property at no expense to any existing activities (for example, the fair or flea market) or buildings.
