Townhomes Eyed for The Nations Progress

A Nashville-based development entity is hoping to move forward soon on a 28-unit townhome project in The Nations following a productive meeting Tuesday night with neighbors and the Metro councilwoman in whose district the site sits.
Will Hostettler, Kristin Hostettler Laine, and three silent business partners have created 57th Avenue North LLC for the project.

West End Park Luxury Condo Project Scrapped

Nashville-based Acree Wells Development Partnership has decided to not pursue a high-end luxury condominium building in West End Park, with the property now under contract.
“In light of the prosperity of my other core businesses, Tim and I decided that we didn’t have the required time and attention to move forward on the Long project,” said Acree, whose specialty is industrial property work.

Upcoming Sylvan Park Restaurant Answer has been 3 Years in the Making

An opening continues to creep closer for Answer, business partners Victoria Rothberg and Chris Raucci’s new Sylvan Park restaurant. Located  in the heart of the neighborhood, Rothberg says that their planned late March opening will be the culmination of a three-year journey to getting their first restaurant off the ground.

As for the origin of the restaurant’s name, Rothberg says that their goal is for it “to be like a dinner table for families and friends. I always think of eating with my family and questions like ‘How was school?,’ etc. And that would prompt our connecting.”
