180 New Condos, Retail Space Planned Near Fairgrounds Nashville

Urban infill developer Core Development has 5 acres south of The Fairgrounds Nashville on Nolensville Pike under contract with plans for up to 180 condos and 10,000 square feet of retail space.
The mixed-use condo development planned for the vacant field would be the latest in that area near the Casa Azafran center, which bills itself as The Gateway to Nashville’s International District.

Nashville Predators, Metro Plan New Ice Center in Bellevue

The NHL’s Nashville Predators and Metro have reached a preliminary agreement for a new community hockey facility with 2 ice rinks as part of the redevelopment at the old Bellevue mall site.
The facility is to be modeled off the Ford Ice Center in Antioch and includes 2 rinks for youth and recreational hockey and ice skating.

This past Friday Henrietta Red, one of 2017’s most anticipated restaurants, opened its doors in Germantown.
