Residential Project Eyed for South Nashville

Nashville-based developer Buck Snyder will go before the Metro Planning Commission in April to seek approval for final specific plan zoning related to a residential development he is eyeing for South Nashville.
Snyder wants to develop 34 townhomes and 18 condos, with the latter to be housed in a three-story building. He has enlisted Nashville-based Centric Architecture to handle design.

East Bank Eyed for Ferris Wheel

Nashville’s East Bank is being eyed by an entity wanting to build a Ferris wheel on a site near Nissan Stadium.
The Metro Nashville Sports Authority owns the site, which the Metro Parks Department maintains. The space on which the attraction would rise is a grassy oval located near the Ghost Ballet for the East Bank Machineworks outdoor art piece.

Asian Restaurant Sunda Coming to the Gulch
