Housing Market Positive Trends Continue in Nashville

There were 3,872 closings reported for July, according to figures provided by Greater Nashville Realtors. This represents an increase of 4.5% over the closings reported for July 2016. Year-to-date closings total 23,365; a 5.5% increase compared to July 2016.

Developer Plans 27 Unit Charlotte Pike Townhomes in Bellevue

A Franklin-based developer has a 27 townhome project on the drawing board for 2.93 acres on Charlotte Pike in Bellevue.
